Jaybo Hood was a ten year old human male who lived on Iego during the Clone Wars. He was a mechanic who tinkered with Separatist battle droids and made them into his own army of personal servants. When Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker found themselves trapped by a LaserWeb Defense Station on Iego, Hood used his skills to assist them in escaping unharmed.

Très débrouillard, il réutilisait les droïdes de combat de la CSI à ses commandes personnelles. Un jour, il vit arriver Anakin Skywalker et Obi-Wan Kenobi sur la planète pour recueillir une racine reeksa nécessaire pour créer un antidote contre le virus Blue Shadow. Il les aida à s'échapper de la planète qui était coupée du reste de la galaxie à cause d'un système de sécurité laser installé par les Séparatistes. Les Jedi réussirent finalement à le détruire et apportèrent la liberté à Iego grâce à l'aide de Jaybo.
