Charles II of America, or Charles Blexingbourgh II (1900-1976), was the first emperor and dictator of the American Empire. He was responsible for the events of the Second American Civil War, and the overthrow of the US Senate, as well as the death of the last US President. Charles, who immigrated from Britain, had risen to power and founded the Imperial-American Party, as a response to the USA's defeat by the British and Germans during World War II. After taking over the government, he then planned for the annexation of Mexico in a need for territorial expansion, due to the growing population of the American Empire.
