Weather-change device is the device that the planet Gallicia has in Temple of Il-Sheen. The device resembles a Touchstone to Madrona. This seems to be a 0.75 m diameter sphere suspended in a magnetic field, which is held within a hollowed-out 1.5-m wide podium inside the Holy of Holies in the Temple of the Storm to Gallicia. The globe appears to be made of a polished slate blue basalt, with an extremely detailed and accurate toppgraphical 3-D image of Gallicia's continents etched and cut into its surface.
