- Trading cards are items in the 2007 video game No More Heroes. Unlike in reality where most trading cards are obtained through booster packs or similar packaging, trading cards in the game are obtained from chests, or by unearthing them from particular sections of Santa Destroy where they are buried. There are two obtainable sets in the game, Mask of the Legendary Wrestler and Design Materials, though cards from the latter set are only available after starting a New Game +.
- The first batch of trading cards was released in 2001 with 26 different character cards. In 2003, each character received a second card, bringing the total to 52 cards. In 2012, 2 more cards were added for Ladonna, bringing the grand total to 54 cards. The CBBC website only has the original 26 cards.
- The Jackie Chan Cards was once a popular game to play. You could get the cards from the Comic's or in shops or on eBay. Each card has five ratings: Strength, Wisdom, Skill, Luck and Chi.

- Bleach Soul Card Battle is a trading card game designed by Aik Tongtharadol and published by Bandai. It is sold through Carddas in Japan. Score Entertainment introduced the game to the US but has since ceased publication. Each of the sets are released in three formats: a 72-card pre-constructed box set containing a starter deck and two booster packs, a 10-card booster pack, and a 12-pack booster box.

- Trading Cards (or collectible cards) are small cards, usually made out of paperboard or thick paper, which usually contains an image of a certain person, place or thing (fictional or real) and a short description of the picture, along with other text (attacks, statistics, or trivia). There is a wide variation of different types of cards. Modern cards even go as far as to include swatches of game worn memorabilia, autographs, and even DNA hair samples of their subjects.
- In 1968 the "Red Series" of the cards were released which consisted of 66 red-bordered black and white stills cards from the original Dark Shadows television serial. Most of the cards consisted of Jonathan Frid as Barnabas Collins but also featured Alexandra Moltke, Joan Bennett, Grayson Hall and Nancy Barrett. They also featured their "autographs".
