Scumocide is the main villain from Captain Commando. He was a genetic engineer who discovered a way to turn people into super-powered warriors. Scumocide then created an army of super-villains and sent them to take over Capcom World, while he just watched from the comfort of his satellite station. The Commando Team, formed by Captain Commando, Ginzu the Ninja, Mack the Knife and Baby Head, decide to put and end to Scumocide's diabolic scheme, fighting all of his minions and eventually invading his satellite station. Scumocide, who also became a super-villain, ends defeated by the Commandos, falling from the satellite.
