submitted by Carly Pendleton * ½ cup butter * 2 handfuls vermicelli * 5 cups water * 2 chicken bullion cubes * 2 cups rice * 1-2 teaspoons rosemary * handful almonds Fry vermicelli in butter until golden brown. Add water. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 15-20 minutes. Serves 8. Return to side dishes. Return to main recipe page.
