When an emissary of Tapis offered Electra a chance to leave when Electra was eight, her mother supported it. Electra was employed by Tapis to make the first Heaven Cent. When Tapis defied Murphy, he placed a curse on Tapis which caused Electra to fall into an enchanted sleep instead of Taplin. She slept for 847 years out of 1,000. Electra and Dolph are the parents of Dawn and Eve. They have a possible son, Crescendo, on Ptero.
- A tragedy written by Sophocles. Orestes and friends arrive in Argos, with the intent to take revenge on his mother Clytemnestra and her lover Aegisthus for the murder of his father Agamemnon. His younger sister Electra meanwhile is busy lamenting Agamemnon's death and cursing her mother and step-father for her wretched existence. The Chorus try to calm her down, but she is completely consumed by her passion. Chrysothemis, her surviving sister, appears on her way to leave grave gifts from Clytemnestra at Agamemnon's tomb, and fails to convince her to act meekly to protect herself. Electra manages to convince Chrysothemis not to leave false gifts at the grave, but otherwise dismisses her completely.

- In the early stages of the exploration of Jupiter, it was realized that almost no electronic equipment could function in the incredible storms of the planet's surface. Using a crystal found only on Jupiter's moon Io, scientists were able to create Electra, a HAR capable of withstanding any type of charged particle. Though the crystal is very strong, it is also one of the most expensive molecules in existence. Until the contest in One Must Fall: 2097, the Electra unit was seldom seen in public.
- Electra is a character in EarthBound. She is Geldegarde Monotoli's maid, but is shown to be interested in trout-flavored yogurt to serve to a special guest, which is either Pokey or Aloysius Minch. She resides in the penthouse on the forty-eighth floor of the Monotoli Building in Fourside. Electra bears a resemblance to Ms. Marshmallow, Pokey's robotic maid in Mother 3. It is possible that Ms. Marshmallow was designed in Electra's likeness.
