When Leon disappeared, and Samuel regained his position, they became the head of the EITC. They were unbreakable! In plan Red Raven, the Black Officers were handed over to Lord Johnny Goldtimbers. In order to complete Red Raven, a final battle took place, in which the Co. Black Guard, now led by Samuel, destroyed Black Officers, which now only held Lord Goldtimbers, Leon, and his allies. The Black Officers was then destroyed completely, with Goldtimbers barely making it out alive.
