  • 'Foop (フープ Fūpu?) is the wind spirit that, along with Moop, can call forth Pretty Cures upgrade accessories and they later serve as the power sources for Cure Bright and Cure Windy. She appears in episode 24 with Moop and has some connection to Kaoru. She can also channel her power through Choppy to allow Mishou Mai to transform into Cure Windy. She ends her sentences with "-pupu".

  • Foop is an Anti-Fairy baby and the tertiary antagonist of the show. Like all Anti-Fairies, he has the opposite personality as Poof. Unlike Poof, who is loving and nice, Foop is a villain who wants to destroy Earth and Poof. His body is mainly blue and shaped like a cube. In Anti-Poof, Anti-Cosmo, his dad decided to name him Foop because it is Poof spelled backward. He is very mean to Anti-Cosmo and already has freedom from his parents. Foop is thanful for his mother being stupid.
  • Foop A.K.A Anti-Poof is the Anti-double of Poof and the son of Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda and the true secondary antagonist of The Fairly OddParents, although he doesn't play a central role in the series until season 7. Like Poof, he is supposedly the first Anti-Fairy baby born in thousands of years.
