Art Watts (November 25, 1917 - March 19, 1967) was a NASCAR driver from Portland, OR. He competed in nineteen Sprint Cup Series events in his career, mainly racing at the West Coast races in the 1950s and 1960s. Watts had a truly amazing career: one victory, six top-tens and five poles. His lone victory came at Portland in 1957, winning from the pole. In fact, in all five starts of 1957, Watts started first, a NASCAR record for pole percentage.
