Jimmy Ogden appeared in Coronation Street in April and May 1962 as Billy Makin, a child who was part of a schoolboy's "gang" using the empty 9 Coronation Street as their hideout. He was the first credited guest actor to appear in the programme after the end of the Equity actors' strike. No other known roles are credited to him.
