Captains Ukitake, Kyoraku and probably most Vizards as well as Isshin, Urahara and Yoruichi are probably stronger. And about the Hogyoku-Aizen, this implies that Aizen himself without the help of the hogyoku is questionable if he would defeat zaraki. When a weak-Ichigo defeated Zaraki he seemed weaker than the other captains since ichigo then obtained bankai and could only do little with it against other captains (Byakuya) then couldnt do anything with his bankai against Grimmjow (6) and then when hollowfied ichigo defeated Grimmjow, we saw Zaraki again defeating Nnoitra (5). I mean wtf? Ulquiorra even said it fluctuates wildly. So his spiritual power could have been at it's higest point when he fought Kenpachi. But remember, all Kenpachi has is pure power. He doesn't have Shikai, Bankai, doesn't know any Kido,...
