John Gordon "Jack" Ingoldsby (b. June 21, 1924 in Toronto, Ontario - d. August 10, 1982) is a professional ice hockey right winger. He played 29 games in the National Hockey League with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He played Junior "B" hockey for De La Salle Academy in Toronto in 1941-42. The following year he split the season between the Providence Reds and Toronto Maple Leafs and then played again for Toronto in 1943-44. In all he played in 29 NHL games for the Leafs and scored 5 goals and 1 assist.
