| - While talking with Kim about their baby options, Turk calls J.D. on his cell phone - Carla is in labor! J.D. sprints to Turk's apartment. Carla and Elliot are sitting calmly on the couch while Turk is frantically trying to the suitcase and other items together. Their scrambling is accompanied by an entire collegiate drum line. At the hospital, Elliot is by Carla's side, acting more or less like a coach, while Turk is pushed to the side. He did try to set up a video camera to shoot streaming video of the delivery so Carla's relatives in Chicago could see it, but that idea didn't work out too well. Todd, Dr. Kelso and Janitor managed to pick-up the feed and were watching as the camera zoomed in on Carla's vagina. Turk notices that Carla can see herself, all of herself, on the monitor and goes to tackle Ted. Turk finally says something to Elliot about taking over the birthing duties from him. She immediately apologizes and steps back. Turk tries to get ice chips for Carla from the ice machine, but his hand gets stuck. Meanwhile, Carla has complications during labor and needs to have a C-section. The baby - Isabella Turk - is delivered safely! J.D. and Kim continue to have tough discussions about their baby, even broaching the "A" word - abortion - and putting together a pro and con list. Nurse Roberts, who's very religious, throws in her two cents about that - Jesus wouldn't like it. Since they technically haven't had sex yet, J.D. suggest they do a test run to see if the relationship is even compatible on that level. Still unable to make a decision, they even attempt to flip a coin. Jordan reveals a secret from her past when she says that she had an abortion when she was nineteen. Dr. Cox's son Jack is starting to say inappropriate things, i.e., calling women "fatty." Jordan urges Cox to stop treating their son like a drinking buddy.
