The Eppes home was the place where the Eppes family lived. Orginally the house was owned by Alan Eppes, however, when he tried to sell it his son, Charlie, bought it from him. They both then lived in it. Don, the elder son, had moved out before that, though he spent a great deal of time at the house. The house remained under Charlie's ownership at the start of Season Three.
