As of the year 2029 in an alternate future, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz has taken power as the ruler of the Tri-State Area, which is entirely severed from the Union of the United States of America. He rules his territory by using genetically-engineered soldiers and zombie-like cyborgs and keeps it safe from enemy attack (even attempts from other countries) until 2030, when he is put to justice relatively peacefully by Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Baljeet, Buford, Irving, Candace, and Jeremy from 2014 in An Interplexing Future. After a change in heart from being forgiven by Isabella, who is nearly assimilated by his cyborgs, he ends his own rule and briefly travels back to 2014 to warn his past self about how bad things will be if he continues to be so evil (and is apparently successful).
