Having the Pendant stone in his possession, Moo absorbs its energy and completes his transformation. He appears before Genki and the group in his completed form. Moo explains where the monsters came from and why he started this war. Moo looked at the current state of the world and saw humans treating monsters as pets or slaves, not equals. Some monsters were already being militarized. Moo did not want to see the past repeat itself so Moo sparked a rebellion hoping that the humans could be subjugated before the monsters were fully enslaved. It didn't work, so the rebellion became a war.

  • Having the Pendant stone in his possession, Moo absorbs its energy and completes his transformation. He appears before Genki and the group in his completed form. Moo explains where the monsters came from and why he started this war. The monsters were created as luxury pets for children. Initially the only species were Hare (marketed to girls) and Suezo (marketed to boys). The mystery disks were genetics encoded into digital form as a form of cheap mass transit. The monsters would be created right before sale in-store then given to the buyer. Even though they were intelligent they were considered property and treated as such. These pets became wildly popular leading to the creation a wide variety of various creatures with differing bodies and lifespans. The military saw potential in using monsters on the battlefield started to commission more dangerous beings with shorter lifespans. Soon the monsters were being treated like tools and weapons, not living beings. A war broke out among the humans destroying the world except for a few monsters and fewer humans. The technologies that created the monsters were lost. Genki says that enslaving the humans and treating them like lesser beings is not going to work. If Moo started this to prevent his people from being enslaved, then enslaving the humans will just make the cycle continue when the humans rebel and fight back. Nobody wants to be a slave and nobody should be a slave. Moo gets angry and attacks Genki. Suezo sacrifices himself to save Genki. Moo is confused, but attacks again. This time he hits Genki. Genki wakes up in the real world. Being "killed" removed him from the game. Genki runs outside in the rain to look for his friends. He is very upset. He stops running in the rain as he realizes friends from the game never existed. It was all just a game. Just than his friends appear and tell him that they always be with him in his heart. Than they vanish and Genki walks back home. The scene cuts back to Moo talking with Pixie. The monsters won the battle but Moo is not happy. He has been thinking about what Genki said. This war was a waste of life. There has to be a better way for humans and monsters to co-exist. Pixie agrees. The sun rises over the torn battlefield and the pair look out hoping for a better future.
