| - Air Forces Logistics and Transport Command (LTC) is a primary command of the Federation Air Forces. Logistics and Transport Command was created February 1, 1983 as the successor command to the Defense Logistics Organization and the Air Forces Transport Command. LTC is headquartered at Federation Center along with the General Staff of the State Defense Office. It was previously located at FAF Station Luntai in the Popular Republic of China, but was relocated during the period of tense relations with China prior to the revolution. Its commander is General Lei Yu-Chi, with Lieutenant General Seo Dong-Won as Vice-commander. It is one of three primary commands, along with the Network Defense Command and Research and Development Command. LTC has a workforce of about 95,000 military and civilian personnel. It is the Air Forces' largest command in terms of personnel, and second only to the Research and Development Command in budget.
