Progressive feminism is a term associated with a sociopolitical movement in the latter half of the 20th century, focused around a moderate, center-right approach to women's rights. The progressive feminist movement, also referred to as the "conservative feminist" or "moderate feminist" theory, reached its apex under the Presidency of Elizabeth Shannon and the sexual harassment political scandals that marred the nation in the late 1990's.
