Herbert Carnell Scott (born January 18, 1953 in Virginia Beach, Virginia) is a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League. He attended Kellam High School in Virginia Beach, and went on to star at the Virginia Union University where he was All-Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association three times.
