Estral Beach is a village in Monroe County, Michigan along the Lake Erie shoreline. The village is contained within the southern tip of Berlin Charter Township, about 9 miles northeast of downtown Monroe and five miles south of South Rockwood. Forming the southern border of the village is Swan Creek, and immediately across the creek is the Fermi nuclear power plants operated by DTE Energy. The population was 486 at the 2000 census, and the United States Census Bureau reported the village having a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km²) of land, 571 feet above sea level.
