Among the strengths of Seabury's M. Div. program are formation in residential community, liturgical leadership, and a commitment to broad churchmanship. Seabury-Western is the product of the 1933 merger of Seabury Divinity School of Minnesota and Western Theological Seminary of Chicago, and is now is an affiliate of Northwestern University.
