However, despite the fact that he was evil, Sprocket showed worry and concern over Prince Alpha's insomniac state, asking if there was anything they could do to help him despite the fact that Alpha was one of their enemies, with his sister agreeing. At that, Mondo suggested that this situation called for the creation of a new monster, Somnibot.Rock-a-Bye, Alpha 5 He was somehow upgraded, and appeared preparing to fight for Dark Specter in Countdown to Destruction. Surprisingly he was not seen when Zordon's wave hit and purified his parents, but his sister was. The Machine Empire's inactivity would suggest Sprocket is out of commission or planning a revenge mission to avenge his family's conversion to good.
