- Pounce is a tech in Chrono Cross. This level 3 tech is used by Pip and is acquired automatically at 3 star levels. The exact appearance of the tech depends on Pip's evolution form. In his unevolved form, Pip flips into the air and lands using his tail as a spring to catapult him at the enemy. In his Arch Angel form, Pip flys higher, does a backflip and launches himself at the enemy. In his Arch Devil form, Pip bounces around on the ground before twirling into the air and launching himself at the enemy. In his Holy Beast form, Pip does a somersault, spins quickly in place, and then flys at the enemy.

- Pounce is the Decepticon equivalent of Repugnus (though the difference between the two is fairly microscopic). He does the dirty jobs that even the other Decepticons find repugnant. And as far as he's concerned, the dirtier the better. Anti-social, vicious, nasty, wily, silent, deadly and merciless are all appropriate descriptors for Pounce. What few realize is that much of Pounce's success at his job stems from the carefully cultivated reputation he's created for himself. Pounce is the clone brother of Wingspan. - Pounce is a short-furred light brown tabby tom with a lighter muzzle and amber eyes. He has a lazy eye and a lower canine sticking out of his mouth.

- Pounce was Chompixx's Special Ability on Bakugan Dimensions.
- Pounce, a.k.a. Danny Franks (and sometimes Danica Alexis Franks), is Kayda Franks' younger brother (and part-time sister). He had an inactive meta-gene, which eventually manifested in late May 2007. He is an Avatar like his sister, and was bonded to a cougar spirit named Wihinape. Danny has changed from a stout, very-well-muscled, average-looking farm kid into a very fit, slender, slightly androgynous looking boy, which further convinces Mrs. Franks that he's ultimately going to end up a girl. This makes her go to lengths to help 'him' adapt to what he's becoming.
- If ever there was a Decepticon equivalent (although most Autobots would say there's no difference at all) of Repugnus, Pounce is it. He's not as ugly, but he's every bit (if not more) as anti-social and downright vicious and nasty. Wily, silent, deadly and merciless, he's the right machine for the right job... namely the ones no one else wants! Though he's as savage and deadly as one could want, a lot of his success stems from the reputation (almost legend) he's skillfully built up around himself. No one (not even the Decepticons, it's rumored) knows when or where he will strike next. He hunts at night, striking silently and lethally and then melting back into the shadows.
