Synopsis
  • When Oliver Queen discovers that a young man named Colin is among the Warhog gang members who attacked him, he handcuffs the remaining thugs to a tree, and questions them angrily.
  • Oliver agrees, taking a heavy beating, and eventually having to drag himself to the end of the line. While successful, he is badly hurt. When asked what he wants, Oliver explains that it's only a matter of time before the police follow the same trail he did to find Kebo. With the pressure on, a desperate Kebo reveals that he contracted AIDS as a result of his rape, which he felt justified the murder of homosexuals. Green Arrow knocks his gun away, but Reggie shoots Kebo dead, claiming that the Warhogs take care of their own. Before leaving, Oliver states that he is going to make himself a problem for the Warhogs in Seattle.
  • Elsewhere, Greg Osborne of the CIA ominously seems pleased to discover that Oliver has spent some of the laundered money he acquired after the Robin Hood Killer case on a youth centre.
  • Later, Oliver sees Colin on the street and wonders why the boy hasn't been to work at the Sherwood Florist or spoken to his case worker. Colin explains that even with Kebo gone, he's still under pressure to stay in the gang. Oliver plans to do something about it.
  • Elsewhere, Reggie, the leader of the Warhogs, performs a surprise inspection on operations in Seattle, where his man Kebo has been running things for him. Business is booming, with recruitment, drugs, prostitution, protection all doing well. Reggie provides his people with cocaine, but he abstains because it gives him an edge over them.
  • Suddenly, an arrow shoots through the couch beside, and a surprised Reggie finds that Green Arrow has his bow trained on him. Oliver reveals that Kebo has been drawing negative attention to the Warhogs by coordinating the recent attacks against homosexuals. Oliver adds that Kebo has a personal vendetta against homosexuals because he was twice a victim of gang rape while in prison. Despite this, Reggie states that Oliver won't have earned the right to be heard until he himself runs the Warhogs' initiation gauntlet.

  • I wouldn't do that. Even if you're a lot faster than you look, you're going to get a shaft through a very tender part of your anatomy.
