Ambel "Bolty" Boltspark is a gnome rogue. He was born in Gnomeregan, led a normal life. He first worked as a guard at the gates, but when the city was irradiated, everything went bad. He was guarding, generally a normal day until gas fills the room. He held his breath and tried to sound the alar, but couldn't reach it. A wave of running gnomes knocked him over and he struggled out of the city. He led a group of gnomes to Ironforge but went back in to find his newly-wed wife. He ran to his house, hiding from mad gnomes and troggs. He found his wife ambushed by troggs. She was a mage, green hair and green eyes. He grabbed his arclight spanner and attacked the troggs while she held them back with arcane magic.

He grabbed his arclight spanner and attacked the troggs while she held them back with arcane magic. Suddenly the room cracked and a chasm appeared between them. She tried to jump but fell. He heard her voice and footsteps at the bottom so he knew she was alive. His friends had to haul him out the city, he refused to leave without her. It still traumatised him. Later in life, he went to stormwind and slowly went insane. He hunted a druid endlessly, badly hurting the druid and killing two guards along the way. Soon, he heard about Aeorna and made it his goal to kill her and take her place. However, he admires her power and is torn between admiration and hate. He died several years later as detailed in the stories.
