The RGB570 differs from the standard RG570 in that has a maple fretboard and a single, white control knob for volume and no tone control. The RGB570 features a basswood body with a one-piece maple neck attached with a tilt joint with a metal plate. The Wizard neck has a 24-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. The RGB570 has Ibanez V1 and V2 humbucking pickups flanking an Ibanez S1 single-coil which are mounted to the body with pickup rings. Other components include an original Edge double locking tremolo bridge along with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
