| - Count Vladislav Petrovich Rodionov (Rodshya: Владислав Петрович Родионов) (b. 4110) is a prominent Trigunian politician and statesman who is currently the President of the Trigunian Republic. He has also previously served as Chairman of the Committee of Ministers and President of the State Duma. Born in Aleksandrovsk, to an aristocratic family, he studied History and Politics at Aleksandrovsk State University. He joined the army and achieved the rank of Colonel. He joined the Konstitutsionno-Demokraticheskaya Partia and proved himself as a skilled politician and was a State Duma deputy for a number of years. Later, he was elected as President of the State Duma, but a year later was appointed Chairman of the Committee of Ministers and leader of the Kadets after the assassination of Vladimir Borisov. After the abolishment of the monarchy, he resigned from the posts of Chairman of the Committee of Ministers and the party. He was elected Chairman of the Committee of Ministers again after the victory of Anton Orlyk in the Presidential elections. He was a vocal critic of the Imperal Alliance regime, and became President of the Duma again after their demise. After Nikolay Romanov had used up his 2 terms, he was the Narodnik presidential candidate, and he won the election.
