David Ernest Duke (b. July 1, 1950) is the 3rd and current Chief of State of the New United States. He succeeded to that office on September 2, 2003, upon the death of his predecessor, George Lincoln Rockwell. Prior to becoming Chief of State, Duke served as Deputy Chief of State from May 16, 1999. From 1994 to 1999, Duke was the New United States Secretary of Information in Rockwell's administration. Duke is the first Chief of State to be born after the establishment of the New United States.
