- The Underground Movement is a group of anthropomorphic skunks who are native to the Odour Zone. They speak with heavy French accents, and dress in stereotypical French styles (one is seen wearing a beret). Despite the name, they do not live underground. Rather, the name refers to their opposition of Doctor Robotnik.
- The Underground Movement were a rebel group based out of the Odour Zone. They were composed of skunks of various sizes, all of whom spoke in stereotypical French accents. Their leader was the gigantic Marcel Skunk; the reasons for his giant size were never explained. Sonic the Hedgehog was familiar with their reputation. For reasons unknown, Doctor Robotnik didn't dare to attack the Movement. However, when Marcel attacked one of Robotnik's labs, Robotnik had him turned into a giant Badnik and unleashed him on the Odour Zone. Sonic freed him.

| - Rona nods. "We shouldn't abandon our defenses. The Silent Lady could attack our gates while our men are deep underground."
- After clearing the tunnel to the Silent Lady's hideout, you retreat to plan. Lucas holds a letter. "Ser Hugo suggests a sneak attack, my [lady/lord]."
- "Rona is right. Only half our men will join this battle, even if it means a loss."
- "Prepare every last man in [Your Holding], maester. This time, I want the Silent Lady destroyed."
- "Using the tunnel, of course. Are there any disadvantages to this plan?"
