The insect's "crazy powers" had frozen her blood, causing to be bed-ridden during her stay there. Both Amy and Tails were soon visited by Sonic the Hedgehog, who inadvertantly gave Tails the means to defeat Bleed. The fox discharged himself, leaving Sonic to look after Amy. Later, after Tails was able to defeat Bleed, he returned to the hospital along with Sonic and the Chaotix Crew. In the outside seating area, the heroes, along with a now-walking Amy, congratulated Tails for his heroics.
