Touda (Touda) is a dragon and the guardian of a town in Hokkan. A group of young boys in a so- said village try to feed Takiko to him, feeling that she is the cause of all their misfortunes and hardships. Touda leaves Takiko alone, and despite this, the boys still feel resentment towards her. He can only be controlled by a supreme power, which is later known as Taiitsukun. Touda is also know as the yellow dragon in ancient Chinese mythology.
