The Leviathan-class Aerial Platform (S-1XXX FAF designation) is the flagship class of the East Asian Federation Air Forces. The Leviathan is a large aerial assault command craft capable of launching and recovering massive amounts of smaller aircraft. Powered by Fusion and Anti-Gravity, the aircraft is capable of near-infinite flight time, with landings only required to rearm and restock for crew maintenance. This allows it to act as a flying "aircraft carrier" to support Federation armed forces in global conflicts. There is currently two Leviathan-class in service, the FAF Leviathan (S-1000) and the FAF Danketsu (S-1001). The possible third ship, the FAF Pyeonghwa (S-100X), is under preliminary contracting.
