Lyndon Baines Johnson was a confederate politician who served as the 22nd President of the Confederate States (1964 - 1970). During his Presidency Johnson set up the Medicare program and extended the social security initiatives set up under Long and Truman, however he is best known is the Abolition Act of 1964, which officially outlawed slavery in the Confederate States, although the system of segregation remained.
