C-13, Carnage 13 is an experimental, highly volitile, deadly parasite that is known to be extremely unstable in mutations. Created in 1999, in Afghanistan by Dr. Richard Moss for Albert Wesker. Carnage 13, named for the damage to the body it makes, turns normal people into a husk before vastly reproducing and completely transforming the body of the host. An experimental rat is seen in Resident Evil: Damnation that is split in half, this would mean that Carnage 13 can live outside of a host after a certain point. In 2001, Dr. Harwood Xavier managed to recreate C-13, but due to the bombing squadron on the island, it became released mutating a number of things from the Harbor Master to the Mining Crane.
