The E-Government Act of 2002 established the E-Government Fund. The fund is jointly operated by the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Management and Budget. The GSA is responsible for administration of the fund and is required to submit to Congress a notification of how the funds are to be allocated to projects approved by OMB.
