| - A male who was at Louie's when Brian Krakow was video taping the place.
- The Tough Guy is a rare enemy in Earthbound. Its main attacks consist of "coming out swinging", which deals moderate damage to a party member, and losing its temper, which raises its Offense. It appears on the beach, can be paired with the Over Zealous Cop, and yields absurdly high EXP. However, it is just as absurd in terms of rarity, to the point where one can play through the game several times over and never encounter a single Tough Guy.
- The Tough Guy is a Menaphite henchman fought during The Feud quest. He will appear after Ali the Operator instructs the player to talk to the Menaphite Leader. The Tough guy appears at the southern end of Pollnivneach. The Tough guy is immune to poison, so poisoned weapons don't matter. He looks similar to the Menaphite Thug. Taking too long to kill him will result in him despawning. After completing the quest you cannot see him again.
- Tough Guy is a Ape-like Charabom.

- Tough Guy are able to trade around their team a 2-shot bulletproof vest. Alternatively, the other version of this is immune to all night actions.
- Tough Guy is a challenge perk in Fallout: New Vegas.
- Tough Guy is located at X:309 Y:52 in Pandora's Grotto and gives the following quests (suggested level 39), stored on a Tough Guy's Certificate Image:Tough Guy.jpg
- After completing the quest you can not see him again. Before an update, he wielded a steel scimitar. He now currently wields an oak-blackjack.
