Jambalaya a la Sisko is the family jambalaya recipe served by Benjamin Sisko and by his father. The spices are from Andor, the meat is free range from Zalda, and Kriosian rice is used, because it's fluffier than Bolian rice (as well as, presumably, Terran rice).
