- Living armors are the first tier of armor-type enemies in Elona. They will always move into melee before attacking. Their attacks consist of melee with their longsword (80%), and throwing their stone (in melee range) (20%). Living armors are innately immune to fear. They have the cMetal bit flag, reducing all damage by 90%. This has been changed to the cArmour bit flag in Elona+, reducing physical damage by 75%.
- The Living Armor is a recurring enemy in the Tales series who often appears as a large, body-less suit of armor found in the secret dungeons of the games.
- The Living Armor is a monster in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland. They are mid range "armored ghost" type enemies that are stronger than Spectres but weaker than both Phantom Knights and Gan Ceann. They are only found at the Arls National Mine and usually attack in large groups. Their stats are fairly average, and they are pure physical attackers. Like all other enemies in this family, they also have a chance to drop Old Armor.
- Living Armors are enemies in Shining in the Darkness.
- The Dark Knight is a monster class that can be created after the player defeats one in battle.
- The Living Armor is a race of possessed suits of armor. While formidable in melee, they naturally have no ranged attacks, in exchange for supreme defenses. Their exact affiliation is unknown, but they are often found together with the dark and undead legions.
- Suits of living armor (also Living Mail, Japanese: 動く鎧リビング・メイル Romaji: ribingu meiru) are entities fundamentally of the same nature as golems, in that they are inanimate objects which have been animated and given a form of life through the efforts of sorcery. Living armors and dullahans can be mistaken for each other with considerable ease. Both are insubstantial entities that use hollow suits of armor as physical shells. Living armors are magical constructs, though, while dullahans are undead wraiths who bind themselves to their armor by choice.
