Latollian is a Nahuan Uto-Aztecan language. Throughout the late 21st century Classical Nahuatl began to become more prevalent as a prestige language due to increasing promotion in academia in Mexico. It eventually became popular among Mexico's wealthy population. In the 5th century P.F. the tribe moved north into the Great Lakes region of the former United States. The Latollians eventually settled in the region known as Latollulan. The group assimilated proximal groups of anglo tribes, created the modern Latollian population.
