The penguin explains that the player need to blow the conch shell to signal the submarine to surface. Once the submarine surfaces, the player has to perform three penguin emotes based on the information given by the penguin. In order for the crew on the submarine to think that the player is part of the crew, the player has to be wearing the same fish hat that the captured penguin is wearing.
