only the second one Yeah, the attack-boost effect of "Colossal Fighter" just cares about how many Warrior-type monsters are in your Graveyard; it doesn't actually target those cards, so "Necrovalley" can't negate it. Its resurrection effect, however, DOES target a card in the Graveyard, so "Necrovalley" wipes it out. asgarothanima. even if it targets, this effect activates in the graveyard, thus it cannot be negated by necrovalley. it is the same with cards like plaguespreader zombie

It doesn't matter whether the effect activates on the field or in the Graveyard; if it targets a card in the Graveyard, "Necrovalley" will negate it. The only reason "Necrovalley" can't negate the effect of "Plaguespreader Zombie" is because that effect doesn't target.
