| - c. 330: Union and Foundation Considered a violent theocracy, Nagarea as we know it was formed by the integration of a group of small nations in the south under the Nagarist Order around the year 330. However, the full details of this foundation remain unknown. Highly expansionist, ever since then Nagarea endeavoured to expand its borders into the Queendom of Falena. c. 335-375: The Nagarist Menace Shortly after its foundation and wanting to further expand its power, Nagarea sent an "armed missionary group" into Falena. In reality, though, these "missionaries" were no more than an invading army. Around the year 360, the Nagarist forces invaded through the region of Sauronix, forcing the Dragon-Horse Peoples and the Falena Queendom into an alliance, which eventually led to the formation of the Feitas Dragon Cavalry and the absorption of the region into Falena. According to the dogma of the Nagarist Order, dragon horses are evil and wicked creatures that must be "cleansed" from this world. If Nagarea were somehow able to invade the lands of the Dragon-Horse People, it would surely have meant the slaughter of the entire dragon horse population. It can be said that the most important consequence of this war was not the defeat of the Nagarist invasion, but the strong sense of solidarity that formed between the Queendom's Army and the Dragon-Horse People. 376: Nagarea Isolated In the year SY 376 (164 in the Falenan New Capital Calendar), what became known as the Great Earthquake struck the southern reaches of Falena. Because of this earthquake, the land route that connected Falena and Nagarea was destroyed beyond repair. Thus, the once-terrifying Nagarist threat became far less serious. 449-450: Diplomatic Ties Ever since then contact with Nagarea has been extremely limited, although in the year 449, Nagarean representatives were invited to Sol-Falena to attend the coronation of Lymsleia Falenas as Queen of Falena. The only major Nagarist military action we know of to date is their invasion of Falena shortly after their foundation. Although it wouldn't be a stretch to assume, given their reputation, that they tried to invade Falena again after their initial defeat. It is also possible that the Nagarist Order united the small nations making up the country by force.
