abstract	Sena Tavari was a human female from the planet Byss in the Deep Core. Born in 20 BBY, Sena was interested in mechanics. Being from Byss, she was later heavily encouraged to serve the New Order. Sena served the Galactic Empire, originally as a member of the Imperial Engineering Corps, but due to her expertise with heavy weaponry and vehicles, Sena was made a member of the Battle Station Operations. Sena survived the Galactic Civil War, working for Grand Admiral Thrawn as the Chimaera head engineer, then for the Dark Empire of reborn Emperor Palpatine. It was under reborn Palpatine that she was placed into Battle Station Operations. Though Sena was loyal to the Empire, she thought the Emperor was a monster and could not win Operation Shadow Hand, abandoning her post aboard the Galaxy Gun superweapon. Admiral Gilad Pellaeon later gave her a position in Battle Station Command, as one of the senior commanders, of the Imperial Remnant. On the command, Sena argued with a Senior Colonel named Ilona Selin. There, Sena met a former clone trooper and an Imperial Galactic Marine named Rothax, serving in Stormtrooper Command, and fell in love with him. They married shortly before the Yuuzhan Vong War, but during the conflict, Sena was killed as a result of Ilona's actions. Afterwards, Ilona married Rothax.
