He does talk, but not as much as those of the rest of the galaxy and prefers to observe till he feels he has something of worth to say. He is highly loyal to those he cares for, but it isn't easy to gain his trust. Other than a handful of people he usually keeps everyone else at arms length. He puts forth all efforts to achieve whatever it is he has his sights on and doesn't give up unless there is no chance of success. With his father Raien Keth being a Sith and having made the reputation he has, many on Thyrsus view him with suspicion if not outright scorn. This bred shame in him for like all Echani children, he took after his father. Echani males tend to take more after their fathers while the females take after their mothers. The resemblance left far too many unwilling to take him for himself and look past the fact he took after his father. As a result he didn't have close friends save for Dalia Najwa who he grew up with. He was five when he had been brought to Thyrsus and thanks to his father at least gave him the groundwork that was shaped after he was given to Manu Xextos by his mother to protect him from further contact with his father. Manu became a Father/Older Brother figure to him and when he Joined the Jedi became the student to Manu. These things shaped his personality dramatically and he holds tight to what little family he has and tries his best to protect them. He doesn't like to show anger around others, usually going off alone to spend the energy training to get rid of the heat. He does his best to hold true to his Echani and Jedi training, even if his youth makes him chafe and wish to be impatient. He can be impulsive as anyone his age can be, but not so much that he puts himself in to too much trouble. He'll express more emotion the more familiar he becomes with people and once he developed trust he'll become a friend and ally that one can count on. In recent years he has changed, though only to be tempered and ‘wiser’ than his younger self. He has long outgrown the shame he’d had by bearing his father’s blood and instead looks back on this as both sad and amusing. He still isn’t one who likes to show his anger to others, but doesn’t get angry at himself should it happen. An event, that he still knows very little about, saw a good portion of his family die or go missing. As far as he knows he is the last male heir to his family line. This new status is something he has a lot of mixed feelings over and doesn’t know what he will do with his inherited title of ‘Lord Keth’. His family name still brings much hatred from his people, but he accepts their hatred as only time with his own hands can possibly bring change. He left the Jedi for a time to wander, feeling himself too immature and too conflicted to see things clearly. He resolved to only return when he found himself better than the youth he’d been when he’d left, even if he had no idea what that really meant. In the end he returned not because he had any understanding, but a ‘feeling’ welling up in him drew him back. The future now, as Jedi and Keth, were still very up in the air, but he was confident that whatever that would be was only for the best. One way or another he would face it and look to those close to him for support.
