Armonti Odyruss II was the Pau'an Chancellor of the Socialist State of Byss. His hatred for Humans, Duros, Wookiees, liberals, anti-socialists, and anti-capitalists had made him become viewed as a tyrant and genocidal dictator to most of the civilians of Human and Duros descent. He was eventually blamed by the Unified States of Planets for sending his troops too late during the Droid Uprising of Jabiim, having the two powers at war with each other. He claimed that the Umbaran are "pale-skinned mutants who stabbed the Byss State in the back". In 188 ABY, he sent out pure blooded Pau'an Warriors into rebel strongholds during the National Corellian Revolution. His hatred grew larger just like the rebellion, having him call for help from Kashyyyk, who were too busy with the slavers. By 190 ABY
