Animation annexed the productions' studios and sets, and the company's stock was reorganized and renamed as YB Animation shares. Both of these actions effectively rendered the company useless. The trademark of Spears Productions is now only used when re-releasing classic Spears-produced or distrbuted shows and cartoons.
