The episode starts with SpongeBob and Patrick watching the news, when Perch Perkins says that all the villains have assembled, and then he runs away screaming.SpongeBob gets all of his friends together, and safely go to thepolice department. But once they get in, everything outside goes crazy. The friends meet Police Chief Marack, who gives the friends police uniforms. they admire the uniforms, and put 'em on. Once they go outside they arrest normal robbers, until finally it was time to face Ultimata Destructo. He comes up from a rooftop and they have a quiz over who was nicer, SpongeBob and friends won, so Ultimata battled them (with paper, stones, all that stuff) until he got so tired, he collapsed.
