A British man called Graham Cracker (1824-1896). Although a snack which we'd know as a cracker existed before his time, he was the first person known to put cheese on a cracker and it's thanks to him that we call crackers 'crackers'. A famously eccentric biscuit factory owner, Graham experimented with many toppings before settling on cheese. There's a famous man behind every well-known brand.
