While passing through Thunder Bluff, a young roguish Blood Elf approached the grizzled warrior for a job as a body guard for a caravan based out of Orgrimmar. The intial run was satifactory and Komuk handed Ohmah over to the elders in Thunder Bluff to train him in the Earthmother's arts and to keep tabs on his hijinxs. After eight years, the carvan had grown with its sucess under shrewd management and capable security and moved its base of operations to Shattrath. Komuk moved with his young charge to better manage the much larger security force. After twenty more years of working for the caravan, Komuk was ready for a change of pace. He and Ohmah had lived a very modest life and had a bit of gold squirreled away. Komuk knew the boy would need an outlet to keep him out of trouble now that he had completed his training. Already the boy's power was greater than his father's once was and, though he wouldn't admit it openly, Komuk was fearful the naive boy may fall into the wrong company if not watched closely and his paws kept busy. Komuk migrated north with his closest friend Borenkar and together they created the Highwaymen to take in those that had no one left. Orphans of any age are welcome in the Highwaymen's fold - regardless of Komuk's strong dislike of "longears". The only requirement is a desire to protect others from the atrocities that took everyone dear to them and to make the Highwaymen their new tribe.
